About our Founders
For close to 20 years, Lorena has worked to support Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) scale for growth. She has overseen the entire day-to-day operations of multiple international consulting companies at different stages of growth, from medium organisations seeking to break the glass ceiling to start-ups aiming to scale-up and accelerate growth. In her career journey, Lorena has served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Board Member to SMEs, and Advisor to Founders and CEOs.
She has single-handedly designed and led [and rolled-up her sleeves to implement] operating systems and processes to maximise efficiency and profitability, created grass-root support functions, developed partnerships for growth, established Sales and Marketing strategies, led service offer development, implemented digital transformations, managed global talent hubs, led Human Resources teams, helped companies expand into new geographical territories, and instituted financial measures and reporting structures to guide companies through scalable growth. Lorena’s industry coverage spans from Heavy Metals through to Financial Services, allowing her to understand how to work with different clients and team members.
Lorena has mentored countless team members and helped them achieve new heights in their careers by empowering them to tap into their greatest potentials.
Having grown up in the United States, originally from Latin America, and conducted business in Europe, USA, LATAM, and Asia Pacific, Lorena brings a wealth of cultural awareness and a keen ability to fusion her diverse background and expertise into everything she does.
Lorena is a Certified Business Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC).
Natasha is a seasoned operations leader with over 19 years' experience guiding businesses through high-growth challenges, particularly scaling from early-stage to Series D. Working flexibly with founders of innovative start-ups and scaling businesses, she has a proven track record of helping founders bridge the gap between strategic vision and execution, turning their ideals into reality.
Her passion lies in partnering with founders with a social conscience to translate their vision into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth and positive societal impact.
As a trusted advisor to founders and C-suite executives, Natasha goes beyond driving growth initiatives. She excels at optimising processes to fuel efficient revenue growth and fosters a culture of inclusion by actively listening to all stakeholders. Her expertise has empowered her to spearhead key projects through transformation, including supporting companies to fundraise up to $134m and managing an $80 million in large corporate acquisitions.
Natasha is passionate about shaping a more equitable future for workforces worldwide and has worked alongside companies (including CMS, Atomico, DICE and Universal Pictures) to achieve this.
While she was born and grew up in the UK, Natasha’s exposure to multicultural environments stems directly from her background. As a first generation Somali-British child, Natasha is keen to support and elevate the future of other multi-racial founders and promote and elevate EDI.
